Having worked with numerous plumbers, builders and decorators over the years, Julian and his team were a very refreshing change.

- totally professional and very communicative. Julian updated me each day on the progress, challenges with the weather etc and absolutely managed my expectations.

- great ideas initially on how the garden could look and it has turned out as agreed and as I had hoped.

- work delivered on time and at the agreed fee quote.

- honest and open approach. I asked Julian to do some rescue work on some furniture which was in real need of a good few day's work. His response was that he would be very happy to the job, but it was not worth the time costs...I would do better to go out and buy new. Exactly the kind of answer anyone would want in this situation.

- Julian and his team also really seem to care about the job and take pride in their work. Even now the job is done, Julian is in regular contact to make sure that all is ok and that I am looking after the lawn appropriately.

In short, I would not hesitate in recommending (and indeed have done), Julian and his team.
